Document Description
The Project is the construction and operation of a surface water storage reservoir (reservoir). The reservoir would allow for better management of surface water by providing 4,600 acre-feet of water storage capacity to support water demands during dry seasons, additional flood control, and storm water management during the wet season. The Project would consist of the following phases: excavation of the site for the reservoir; construction of the reservoir; and operation of the reservoir.
