Document Description
The project is the construction of two new retaining wall for slope stabilization. The project requires grading in the amount of 871 cubic yards of cut, 744 cubic yards of export, 127 cubic yards of fill and 1,862 cubic yards of removal and recompaction. The project requires a Zoning Administrator's Adjustment to permit retaining walls over eight-feet in height within the rear yard and a Coastal Development Permit to allow the construction of two retaining walls because the property is located within a Coastal Zone.
