On 1/25/17, the Whittier City Council adopted Resolution No. 8840, approving Development Review No. DRP15-120 which included a landscape framework plan; signage program; residential style and features of the 750 residential units; a commercial development package consisting of a range of approx. 158213 to 158913 sq. feet of commercial uses; and on site infrastructure implementing the Lincoln Specific Plan.
