Document Description
The Project involves a Specific Plan with the following primary components: demolition approximately 400,156 sf of existing on-site buildings; construction of up to 750 du. approx. 208,350 sf of commercial land uses (including adaptive reuse of two vacant structures on-site), and 4.6 ac. of open space; and offsite infrastructure improvements including roadway improvements to Whittier Blvd, Sorensen Ave., and the extension of Elmer Ave., onto the site. This is to advise that the City of Whittier approved the following resolutions on June 25, 2015 and July 14, 2015 respectively: Resolution 8704 approving Tentative Parcel Map 72953; Ordinance 3037 adopting the Lincoln Specific Plan SPN13-001 and amending the zoning map, and Ordinance 3038 approving Development Agreement A15-001.
