Document Description
SBCUSD proposes to construct and operate a new Community Day School facility for 2nd through 12th grade students, and will occupy a portion of the existing Center for Individual Development which is a regional recreation center that focuses on providing recreation programs for people with disabilities. The CDS Project would be developed in two phases. The first phase involves the installation of a total of sixteen modular buildings, including classrooms, administrative facilities. The second phase involves the modernization of two existing buildings located on the Site. The first phase is anticipated to be completed in early August 2014, with the second phase being completed in October 2015.
