- CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2014-0039-R5) to the project applicant, County of Los Angeles, Department of Parks and Recreation. The project proposes to impact 0.21 acre of streambed/lake, including 0.11 acre of permanent impact to riparian habitat and 0.1 acre of temporary impact to riparian habitat and mitigate with 0.22 acre of restoration and/or enhancement.
