The requested Major Modification would increase the number of events per year from six to 48 and the capacity of each event from 200 to 250 occupants at an existing outdoor recreational facility. No construction or land disturbance is proposed with this project. The existing facility is currently rented for events such as weddings, dinners, festivals, etc. The facility does not provide any additional services such as food or entertainment but is allowed to contract out to third-party companies.
