Document Description
Allow a photovoltaic solar power generation facility with related improvements including a switching station, 27 inverter units, a battery energy storage system, a 384 sf maintenance and office building, and an eight-foot tall chain-link fence on a 499.72-acre parcel in the AE-20 Zone District. The proposed facility will connect to two existing 115kv PG&E electrical distribution lines that traverse the northern boundary of the subject parcel. The project site is located on the south side of the Excelsior Avenue alignment, between the Sonoma Avenue alignment and the Napa Avenue alignment, approximately seven miles southwest of the unincorporated community of Five Points (Sup. Dist.: 4) (APN: 060-020-05ST).
