Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of an existing one-story single-family dwelling in conjunction with the construction of six new for-sale single-family dwellings on a 7,868 net sf (0.18 acres) lot in the Bel Air-Beverly Crest neighborhood of Los Angeles. The proposed townhouses will be three stories within a maximum height of 41 feet and will range in size from 1,172 to 1,731 sf of floor area and will be comprised of three-bedroom configurations atop a two-car garage. Each lot is on average 1,300 sf in the [Q]RD1.5-1VL Zone. The new development will total approximately 14,442 sf of living area and will provide 12 parking spaces within private garages.
