Rezoning the five-acre 890 Buena Vista Road from Agricultural Productive (AP) to Residential Multiple (RM); constructing a complex of 13 two-story buildings together containing 80 apartments, plus a residence center shared by the development, a laundry building, private gated drives with 152 parking spaces, solar panels above some of the parking spaces, street and sidewalk improvements to Buena Vista Road, and landscaping including trees and shrubs; grading of entire property with 3,000 cubic yards of cut material and 3,000 cubic yards of fill material to establish building surfaces and direct drainage; and connecting to City of Hollister water and sewer service and to PG&E electrical and gas service and to dispose of waste through Recology San Benito County service.
