Request by Vince Vanderlip for a major grading permit to allow grading for an access road and building bad which will result in the disturbance of approximately 12,000 sf, including 875 cubic yards of cut and 875 sf of fill on a one acre parcel to build a single family residence (2,400 sf) with an attached garage (735 sf) and a 433 sf covered porch. The project will result in the permanent disturbance of 0.22 acres of kit fox habitat. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located on the north side of Reindeer Place (5539 Reindeer Place), approximately 800 feet east of Groundsquirrel Hollow Road, east of the City of Paso Robles.
