Document Description
The Gaviota Coast Plan is a new area plan for the Gaviota Coast Plan area that addresses trends, needs, services, and resources, and provides planning goals, policies, and development standards to guide future land use in the Plan area. The project includes: Comprehensive Plan and Coastal Land Use Plan amendments (Case Nos. 13GPA-00000-00007, respectively) to adopt the Gaviota Coast Plan with all of its goals, policies, development standards, and actions, and new land use designation and land use overlay maps; Land Use and Development Code (LUDC) amendments and zoning map amendments (Case Nos. 13ORD-00000-00006 and 13RZN-00000-00002, respectively), to adopt revised zoning regulations and zoning and amendments (Case Nos. 13ORD-00000-00007 and 13RZN-00000-00003, respectively), to adopt revised zoning regulations and zoning and overlay maps for the Coastal Zone.
