Note: Extended Per Lead The Gaviota Coast Plan will set the policies, land use designations, development standards, and actions applicable to the Plan area and provide a "blueprint" for land use to guide the community, decisions makers, and the County. The Gaviota Coast Plan includes amendments to the Santa Barbara County Comprehensive Plan, Coastal Land Use Plan, Land Use and Development Code, and Zoning Ordinance (Article II).
