Document Description
The proposed project is the update of the City of Industry's Housing Element, which is a part of the Industry General Plan. The City of Industry has prepared the 2013-2021 Housing Element, which provides guidance to plan for housing needs in the City over the next seven years. The 2013-2021 Housing Element has been developed to meet CA State legal requirements, including the need to plan for the City's share of the Regional Housing Needs Assessment (RHNA), and is subject to certification by the State Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
