Document Description
CDFW is issuing a Streambed Alteration Agreement for the construction of two unpaved, permanent maintenance road crossings that will be created across a 2-3-foot-wide dry wash (Project). The maintenance roads are a part of the installation of a 3.2-megawatt photovoltaic solar facility on a 25-acre parcel. Total permanent impacts to CDFW jurisdictional unvegetated wash will be 130 square feet, and no additional temporary impacts will occur. A buffer area of 30 feet will surround the drainage during solar field construction and operation.
