Document Description
Project proposes to demolish existing unoccupied out-building or former dwelling, four unoccupied out-buildings (sheds) and a concrete step foundation and construct a new commercial retail center totaling approx 120,455 sf, to be constructed over two phases. Four building pads would be constructed along Tucker Rd for Phase 1 (32,855 sf) for pharmacy with drive-thru, fast food with drive-thru, and restaurants/fast food space. Six buildings would be constructed along McIntosh St for phase 2 (87,600 sf) for major retail and retail/restaurant space. Phase 1 would be constructed and occupied in 2019. Commencement of phase 2 is not known at this time, but for purposes of the EIR analysis, full buildout of the project (including phase 2) would be by 2040.
