- Tehachapi Holdings LLC, c/o Frontier Real Estate Investments proposes to demolish existing unoccupied out-building or former dwelling, four unoccupied out-buildings (sheds) and a concrete step foundation and construct a new commercial retail center totaling approximately 120,455 sf. Proposed uses include commercial retail, restaurant, fast food restaurant, bank and pharmacy. Approximately six buildings would be constructed in a row in the western portion of the site along McIntosh Street and four buildings in the eastern portion along Tucker Road. All of the buildings would be single-story in height.
