Document Description
The "Escondido Falls" Malitex Residential project proposes a land division to create four parcels: three single-family residential parcels on 15 acres and one open space parcel of 73 acres. The residential units are proposed on a designated significant ridgeline and the building pads will vary in size as follows: 7,227 sf (Parcel 2), 6,918 sf (Parcel 3) and 4,721 sf (Parcel 4). The single-family homes are proposed to be less than 28 feet in height. An on-site septic system is proposed for each new residence and a below ground 50,000 gallon water tank will be constructed north of the three proposed residences. The project proposes roadway improvements to Murphy Way.
