Document Description
The Redondo Beach General Plan is a state-required legal document (Government Code Section 65300) that provides guidance to decision makers regarding the conservation of resources and the future physical form and character of development for the City. It is the official statement of the City's goals and policies regarding the extent and types of development of land and infrastructure that will achieve the community's physical, economic, social, and environmental goals. The Housing Element Update will guide the future housing development programs of the City of Redondo Beach. The Housing is intended to be in compliance with the 2013-2021 update cycle for jurisdictions within the Southern CA Association of Governments (SCAG) region.
