Document Description
The Mountain View Marketplace project consists of a new convenience store, gas station, car wash, and separate commercial building pad on the project site. To facilitate construction of the proposed project, four existing single-family residences currently found on the project site will be demolished. Offsite improvements, including parkway and median construction and expansion within the public right-of-way, are also required as part of the proposed project. The convenience store and adjoining car wash will be built in the northern portion of the project site, and the fueling canopy and 8 gas pumps would be constructed in the southern part. An underground storage tank (UST), consisting of a double-walled, fiberglass fuel storage tank with leak detection sensors, will store gas and diesel fuel on the project site.
