The project is limited to the upgrade and installation of two permanent culvert crossings at map point 1 and 3, and will occur within Unit A of the Timber Harvest Plan (THP) 1-13-027 SCR "Comstock Mill THP". The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0340-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Angela Bernheisel, Soquel Demonstration State Forest Manager.
