The scope of this project includes cold plane and overlay 20.2 miles of existing pavement with Hot Mix Asphalt and will also replace 6,654 cubic yards of asphalt concrete surfacing (digouts) in three locations of severe pavement deterioration on State Route 18. The beneficiaries of this project are the traveling public.
