No existing landscaping or vegetation is proposed to be removed as part of the project. New landscaping proposed to be installed by the project includes Bird of Paradise and Ficus Nitida Hedge. These plants are not listed as invasive on the California Invasive Plant Control's California Invasive Plant Inventory.
