Document Description
The City of Twentynine Palms proposes to construct a traffic signal at the intersection of SR-62 and Encelia Avenue. Improvements included with the signal are curb returns or pedestrian refuges and related appurtenances to meet ADA standards, crossalks on the north, east, and south legs of the intersection, and advance warning signs and related appurtenances to meet signal design standards. To accommodate the proposed traffic signal, the outer highway, which intersects Encelia Avenue just south of SR-62, will be signed and striped as right-in/right-out only.
