Document Description
Our Community School (OCS) is proposing to make the following improvements to the existing OCS kindergarten through 8th grade charter school facility to improve accessibility, safety, and overall quality of the campus. Underground utility upgrades and additional landscape plantings would require limited ground disturbance. Most of the improvements would occur in the interior of the buildings. No major upgrades have been performed on the campus since 1989. With a new 40-year lease, California Prep ID grant, and a low-interest loan, OCS proposes to complete the improvements to better serve the existing and future OCS student population.
