Petition for extension of time for water right Permit 18593 of GDPUD. The permit is for power generation at the multi-purpose Stumpy Meadows Dam and Reservoir Project. The project was built in the early 1960's, including the penstock. During the extension, a generator will be installed in the existing facilities. The water currently used solely for consuptive use will also generate power.
