The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Boy Scouts of America - Camp Kern proposes a project that includes the reimbursement for costs incurred from the installation of a temporary pipeline, booster pump system at Camp Olijato, and two receiving tanks to deliver water between Camp Olijato and Camp Kern.
