Document Description
The project involves removal of 4 inches of failed pavement by cold plain method to recycle into a Hot Mix Asphalt, and repaved onto the highway. Construction would match the existing highway dimensions with the edge of travel in the same location, and a shoulder backing treatment at the edge of pavement. No new right-of-way is required.
