Extend landscape wall at Marina State Beach to shelter the patio from blowing sand. Work will:
* Excavate an area approximately 3' deep X 3' ide X 60 ' long;
* Install concrete footing;
* Construct 60' long X 1'-4' high landscape wall;
* Attach new wall to exisitng wall using metal dowels.
