The project will overlay the existing roadway with 0.15' of rubberized hot mix asphalt followed by 0.08' rubberized bonded wearing course. The purpose of this project is to increase service life, preserve the highway investment, and to prevent further investment, and to prevent further deterioration of the roadway structural section.
