Authorize termination of a general lease---recreational use, effective August 22, 2013, and issuance of a general lease---recreational use beginning August 23, 2013, for a term of 10 years, for the continued use and maintenance of an existing pier, 19 mooring buoys, and two marker buoys previously authorized by the Commission and use and maintenance of 12 existing mooring buoys and a boat hoist not previoiusly authorized by the Commission.
