An Addendum was prepared to the Final CEQA-Plus EIR for the above referenced project. Regional San prepared the addendum to address the minor addition of the Sidestream Effluent (SSE) pipeline and slight changes in the Project alignment. On 4/8/2015, the addendum and Final EIR were presented to Regional San's Board of Directors where they adopted a Resolution that approved the modified project at their public meeting. The NOD was filed with the SCH on 4/16/2015.
