The Project alignment contains recycled water main, laterals, lateral structures, and equipment lay-down areas. The Project's recycled water main would initially convey 1 mgd to serve the SPA Cogeneration Plant on a year-round basis but would be sized to convey a maximum of 4.6 mgd to serve additional future users with recycled water laterals and lateral structures within the study area.
