Document Description
As a Responsible Agency, State Water Board considered the IS/MND prepared by Los Carneros Water District (District) titled Los Carneros Recycled Water Pipeline Project to evaluate potential environmental impacts associated with this proposed project located in Napa County. The purpose of the proposed project is to augment the existing surface and groundwater supplies within the District for the irrigation of landscape, vineyards and other agricultural lands within the District. This water will not be used for domestic or direct potable uses.
