Document Description
The Sutter County 2013-2021 Draft Housing Element is an update of the 2008-2013 Housing Element that was adopted by the Sutter County Board of Supervisors in March 2011. The IS/Neg Dec tiers from the County's EIR prepared for the 2030 General Plan. The County's share of the 2013-2021 SACOG Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) is 335 units. In addition, the County must also roll over 54 lower income units of the assigned RHNA from the prior 2008-2013 Housing Elements planning period due to non-implementation of a Housing Element program within the necessary timeframe. As a result, unincorporated Sutter County's revised RHNA is 389 units. The update contains the goals, policies, and implementation programs Sutter County intends to implement during the 2013-2021 Housing Element eight-year planning period.
