The project would involve the construction of a 186,000 gsf, 850 bed, 10-story, student housing facility that would be located in the southeast quadrant of the SJSU campus, at the intersection of Paseo de San Carlos and 9th Street. Two existing student housing facilities located 200 feet to the west of the proposed project site would be demolished and the net increase in student beds would be 450. Enrollment would not increase as a result of the proposed project.
