Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0335-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Patrick Toohey. The Project is associated with the 141 acre subdivision, Faria Residential Project. The Project is limited to the fill of 2,360 linear feet of San Ramon Creek and its associated tributaries. For the construction of Neighborhood III; a 1,380 linear foot segment of San Ramon Creek Central Tributary will be filled and replaced with a 24-inch diameter storm drain pipe. San Ramon Creek eastern tributary will be filled along 120 linear feet for the Purdue Road access to the subdivision. Within Neighborhood IV; fill of 123 linear feet will be required in San Ramon Creek, 621 linear feet of fill in Bollinger Creek, as well as the construction of 4 outfall rock structures, one channel connection structure, riparian tree removal of 121 trees, and the construction of associated mitigation plots.
