Document Description
Note: Review per lead HCOE proposes to construct the new single-story, 9,243 sf Sequoia Conference Facility with a capacity of up to 350 occupants to serve as training and meeting space for HCOE employees, teachers, and staff members. The CEQA document also includes an after-the-fact analysis of the Humboldt Educational Resource Center (HERC), which was constructed in 2000 under a Class 14 Categorical Exemption. HCOE determined that the HERC requires CEQA analysis for the approval of an after-the-fact coastal development permit for the City of Eureka.
