Document Description
The project sponsor, Warmington Residential, is a proposing the Mackay Place Specific, which would create a comprehensive land use plan for the 9.7-acre site of the closed Mackay Elementary School. The preferred land use plan consists of 47 detached single-family homes located around a central street system with access to Walker Street. The 2.9 acres will be acquired by the City of Cypress from Cypress School District for a future park.
