Document Description
The project consists of the demolition of the existing structures, the construction and operation of a two-story building totaling approximately 80,000 gross square feet containing a 96-suite assisted living facility accommodating 130 people, with zoning and land use plan amendments necessary to allow the proposed use, on property located at the southwest corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Knob Hill Avenue (320 Knob Hill Avenue). Also included is the repurposing of an existing one-story 2,600 square foot building, which may potentially become available for a community use.
