Document Description
The Proposed Project is a General Plan Amendment to increase the allowable residential density within the existing Town Center Mixed Use district from 30 units/acre to 60 units/acre, with an overall development cap of 588 net new residential units. The development cap would keep the residential units developed as part of the Proposed Project within the Approved Project's residential development envelope.
