Document Description
The proposed project involves the demolition of an existing single family unit, and the construction, use and maintenance of four new for-sale single family houses on a 7,522.2 net sf which will be subdivided into four lots from a single lot in the Highland Park neighborhood of the City of Los Angeles. Each of the four new parcels will have a single family residence with a total sf of 1,618 to 1,625 sf and will be three stories and approximately 33.5 feet in height. Each unit will have two tandem parking spaces, one compact and one standard. The compact parking space will be within a garage. Vehicular access to each lot will be provided through private driveways off of Hough Street. There will be grading, but the cubic yardage has not yet been determined. The two existing trees on the site will be replaced with new landscaping.
