Document Description
The proposed project is located in the City of Anaheim, CA, and includes the construction and operation of a streetcar system that would run at-grade on embedded steel rail tracks. It would operate primarily in mixed traffic on existing City streets, between the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC), the Platinum Triangle and The Anaheim Resort. The proposed streetcar system would include, but not be limited to, the rail alignment, stations, powering systems (i.e., traction power substations and overhead catenary wire), a maintenance facility and a pedestrian bridge crossing over Harbor Blvd. The proposed streetcar alignment travels west from the Metrolink and Amtrak stations at ARTIC primarily along Katella Ave to Clementine St, the north until Alro Way, then west to Harbor Blvd and south on Harbor Blvd to Convention Way.
