Document Description
The proposed project involves the adoption of the Baldwin Park Transit Center Apartments Specific Plan and a Parcel Map to combine the existing five parcels that make up the site into three parcels. These entitlements would facilitate the construction of: (1) up to a maximum of 72 affordable residential units; (2) a manager's unit; and (3) 3,640 sf of interior common area for the residential community, including a fitness area and computer room, 5,816 sf of exterior residential common amenities would be provided including courtyard and patio areas, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and tot lot. Approximately 5,920 sf of retail space facing Ramona Blvd is proposed as well.
