This City-wide document addresses the various housing goals, objectives, and programs within the City to assist to achieving regional housing need requirements, as well as address other localized housing-related issues. An IS for the project was completed in accordance with the CEQA to determine whether the project would have a significant effect on the environment. On the basis of the IS, the project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and a Draft Neg Dec has been prepared.
