The proposed zoning regulations update would make revisions, additions, corrections and clarifications to various sections of the zoning regulations to ensure consistency with and successful implementation of the land use and circulation elements. The IS addresses all environmental issues listed in appendix G of the State CEQA guidelines, and tiers with and incorporates, by reference, the LUCE EIR.
