- The proposed project consists of the removal of the existing commercial and industrial uses on the project site and the development of a 142,176 sf commercial retail center. (For the purposes of providing a conservative evaluation of project impacts, the retail center will be evaluated at 148,200 sf). The retail center would feature a 122,456 sf Major Anchor and 19,716 sf of smaller retail and restaurant uses.
