Document Description
The applicant requests that a CUP be granted to authorize the installation and operation of a new wireless communication facility. The WCF is designed as a 50-foot tall faux palm tree (monopalm) located within an 870-sf lease area. The monopalm will contain three sectors with four panel antennas per sector, for a total of twelve 6-foot tall panel antennas. The 870 sf lease area will be enclosed by an 8-foot tall chain link fence equipped with an access gate. The lease area will contain five equipment cabinets and one generator mounted on concrete pads. Three GPS antennas will be mounted on three of the equipment cabinets. The lease area will contain a 325-gallon propane tank. The WCF will be unmanned and operate 24 hours a day for 365 days per year.
