The proposed project is a request by Chad Rava for a major grading permit to construct a frost protection reservoir with a maximum holding capacity of 8.5 acre-feet (2.77 million gallons) of water to support an existing 185-acre vineyard. The proposed project would result in approximately 1.4 acres (60,980 sf) of disturbance, including 8,388 cubic yards of cut and 4,451 cubic yards of fill, on a 195-acre parcel.
