Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the applicant, Southern California Edison Company. The applicant will construct one (1) waterhole for road maintenance operations and emergency fire suppression activities, and construct several road crossings necessary for timber operations per 2013 Lost Dinkey THP 4-13-005/FRE-1. The applicant will install rocked fords; several culvert crossings; one (1) temporary crossing; and a new waterhole will be excavated.
